Refund Policy

Refunds will only be applicable under the following conditions:

• If Novelty Sweets is unable to ship the ordered product.
• If courier or delivery service is not available for the customer’s particular PIN code/location.
• In case the order is cancelled by Novelty Sweets due to unavoidable circumstances.

In such cases, the refund amount will be processed to the customer’s original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of sweets and food products, all delivered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once the order has been delivered successfully, Novelty Sweets will not accept any returns, exchanges, or refund requests.

Customers are requested to check the delivery package at the time of receiving the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper images and order details. Our team will review the issue and provide suitable assistance.
